Spread over a large surface, he believes it would dry faster. The capillary action concept behind Pertex® is born. Hamish Hamilton decides the Vango Force 10 tent should be orange. Not for its assumed safety benefits, but because he thought it gave a more ‘romantic interior light’. Like all great designers, Hamish Hamilton was an unconventional thinker.
